As co-founder and President of Skyways Communications  in 1999, the entrepreneurial vision for applying broadcast television skills to the creation of professional new media became reality and the company’s corporate clients have grown successfully over the past ten years. We create customized corporate marketing strategies that include new media solutions with the style and quality of Television and Radio. Top level media strategies include strategic development of the 2004 DNC media headquarters at Boston’s Fleet Center and John Kerry’s Presidential Election Night Coverage. In 2005, I co-founded LegalTalkNetwork, an online B2B network showcasing originally produced podcasts and online video for legal professionals to communicate and interact on important legal issues, raising the standard for new media networking. Similarly, TechTalkNetwork was launched and another online network, MedTalkNetwork for medical professionals is currently in beta.

Two-time Emmy Award winning Executive Producer, whose career spanned 20 years in Television News including reporting and producing in 5 different Television markets and 12 years as Executive Producer at WBZ-TV/CBS Boston, producing major market live TV news programs and covering the people and events making news. Highlights include  Presidential elections, the world’s first artificial heart implant, a deadly Air Canada plane crash, the Boston Marathon, and Super Bowls. I’ve produced news specials and documentaries, as well stories with memorable newsmakers such as Nelson Mandela, Pete Rose, John McCain, both President Bushes, Al Gore, Henry Kissinger and John Glenn in his second historic launch into space. An investigative journalistic endeavor with CBS/Boston reporter Dan Rea, resulted in freedom for Joe Salvati after 30 years in prison, wrongly convicted for murder in Massachusetts. This led to national coverage of the Boston story unraveling corruption in the FBI and Justice Department. Produced award-winning TV documentaries, led investigative news coverage and managed a newsroom of 100 people daily.

Masters of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School in the EMBA program. A lifetime member of the International Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma. Teaching New Media Marketing and PR currently at Emerson College in Boston.

I’m a private pilot, single engine rated flying mostly taildraggers. I’ve been flying since I was 16 years old. Whether its a Cessna or a Citabria, all things considered, I’d rather be flying…
